This three-story MarQueen Hotel offers 58 spacious guestrooms. All have sitting areas and kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, utensils, and tables. Rooms feature 10-foot ceilings, area rugs on original hardwood floors, live plants, and cherry-finish Queen Anne–style furnishings. Beds have triple sheeting. Large windows face the street and surrounding neighborhood, or a wall painted with a garden mural. Tile bathrooms provide designer toiletries, soft velour terrycloth robes, and shower/tub combinations.
